Bresser Consulting is a fast growing global provider of coaching and coaching culture services. We aim to be the number one firm for building coaching cultures in businesses worldwide.

Bresser Consulting - Creating Coaching Cultures (renamed in 2005) was originally founded in 1999 and embraces leading coaching experts from all over the world coming from a great variety of disciplines, all having the same goal: building high performance coaching cultures. The growing Bresser Consulting network covers more than 40 countries across the globe already.

Our innovative, leading-edge research projects on the implementation and improvement of coaching in organisations (Coaching Research Project 2005/ Transatlantic Coaching Pilot Project) have won worldwide acclaim. Another pioneering project on coaching in Europe (European Coaching Survey 2007/8) has just been realized - the results are available here.

Head and Founder of Bresser Consulting is Frank Bresser. He is a keynote speaker on international coaching conferences, commonly regarded as a significant pioneer of today´s coaching industry and holds an MBA with Distinction in International Management from the East London Business School. Frank is a nominee of the AC Award 2008 for Influencing the Coaching Profession.
