The European Coaching Survey 2007/2008 conducted by Bresser Consulting was aimed to find out what is the current situation of coaching in Europe as a whole and in each European country and region. The project covered all EU and EU-candidate countries as well as a selected list of Non-EU countries. A detailed Bresser Consulting Report on the results of the European Coaching Survey 2007/2008 was published in February 2008 and is available further below.

Media across the globe have reported about the project (e.g. Financial Times, Coaching at Work, ManagerSeminare, Personalmagazin). The Bresser Consulting report has already been downloaded over 1500 times from this website. The key findings will also be presented in two book publications due out in 2009.

The Executive Summary of the report has been translated into several languages. A detailed German article by Frank Bresser was published in the HR magazine Personalwirtschaft (title: "Europaweite Aufbruchstimmung", July 08).

Frank Bresser Consulting is now rolling out the concept of the European Coaching Survey also globally (Bresser Consulting Global Coaching Survey 2008/2009). The results are expected at the beginning of 2009.
