Terms and Conditions:
1. Booking is only complete after receiving the booking confirmation from Frank Bresser Consulting.
2. The number of participants is maximum 20 and may vary (8 min/20max).
3. The venue in Cologne/Bonn is the Hotel Koenigshof, www.hotel-koenigshof-bonn.de/en/home. It is within easy reach of the main airports in the region by train/bus/car. There is a good choice of additional hotels nearby. We reserve the right to determine another venue in Cologne/Bonn in particular cases (if needed for some reason).
4. Travel and accommodation are the responsibility of the participant.
5. Frank Bresser Consulting reserves the right to refuse applicants.
6. Full payment is required at least 4 weeks before the start of the workshop and is necessary to secure your place. (This doesn’t apply to last minute bookings, where they occur.)

8. We will send you an invoice immediately after receipt of your full payment.
9. Cancellation policy: Full refund will be given, if a cancellation is received more than 2 months before the start of a seminar. For cancellations received less than two months, but more than one month before the seminar, 50% of the fees are payable. No refund is given, when the cancellation is received only less than one month before the start of the seminar.
10. We reserve the right to cancel a seminar, if there are insufficient bookings, in case of illness of Frank Bresser or for other, similarly severe reasons. A full refund of the seminar fees will be given in this case. No other compensation will be due from Frank Bresser Consulting.
